Why “Pulalu”
It’s how every engagement runs, and it’s the shape of the logo: many inputs, connected through a lattice, resolving into one clear answer.
You bring the hard question: a technology bet, a growth plateau, a venture decision.
We map how the pieces connect (business, data, technology, and go-to-market) and turn them into a practical roadmap.
You leave with a clear answer, clear priorities, and support to execute them.
About
I’m Jun Wang, founder and principal consultant of Pulalu, based in Silicon Valley. I help leadership teams cut through the AI noise: find the use cases that matter, build practical roadmaps, and turn them into measurable growth.
I began my career at Google, leading technology teams across payments (including the launch of Google Checkout), advertising, and Maps, then led technology teams at high-growth fintech startups. At Twitter, I led the SMB organization from zero to $1B+ in annual revenue in about ten years, building global teams across data science, engineering, and analytics. More recently, as CTO of a $50M+ venture-backed company, I guided its post-ChatGPT AI transformation from hype to sustainable value.
I received my doctoral degree from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School, and my master’s degree in mathematics from Michigan State University. I’m also a Wharton alum, having completed the Wharton School’s Advanced Management Program, its flagship leadership program for senior executives.
Entrepreneurship is essentially a mindset focused on resourceful and creative problem-solving.
